Making natural products is part of a long tradition in my family that is originally from Haiti. My great grandmother was a traditional herbal healer, guarding some of the secrets Haitians kept ever since we were taken from the motherland.I see myself as continuing this tradition, except that The Hairoine products combine traditional knowledge about essential oils and other natural products with the results of sound modern research.
These past years have been an adventurous whirlwind and as I try balance my role as a wife, mom, daughter, sister, friend, colleague, entrepreneur and citizen of the world (you name it!), I'm realizing that it's ok to admit that I won't always get it right all the time.

I use 'WhatsApp' everyday. I chat and exchange pictures with family and stay in touch with old and new friends from around the world. It's my preferred method of mobile communication (FaceTime is a close 2nd) because it's so convenient and cheap.
